Mechanic: how we help
For mechanical repairs or maintenance on your Dodge Conquest, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.
About your Conquest
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
What we arrange
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Stay on the road
We collect the rental when your car is back. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Between shop visits
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
What to ask
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Ready when you are
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
