The Fiat: Mechanic
For mechanical repairs or maintenance on the Fiat, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
Who does what
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Car care, briefly
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Over to you
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
