Mechanic: how we help
For mechanical repairs or maintenance on the Fisker, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. Regular maintenance keeps small problems from turning into large ones.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
From request to repair
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
Your rental while you wait
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. The rental is priced like any other on our site. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Good habits for your car
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
Getting a clear quote
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Ask us
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
