Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.

We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Stay on the road
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Small things that help
Look at the tire tread before long trips. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
