The Quantum Technologies: Mechanic
Need mechanical repairs or maintenance for your Quantum Technologies? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it with a trusted shop and keep you driving meanwhile. Routine maintenance and repairs are done by a mechanic at a shop we trust, not by CarmaCars.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
The steps
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Keep moving meanwhile
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Car care, briefly
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Getting a clear quote
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Send a request
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
