Mechanic: how we help
For mechanical repairs or maintenance on the Roush, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. Regular maintenance keeps small problems from turning into large ones.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
From request to repair
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
Driving while yours is at the shop
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. The rental is priced like any other on our site. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before the shop starts
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Car care, briefly
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Questions first?
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
