Your Saturn needs mechanical repairs or maintenance? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.
Your car, your notes
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
From request to repair
You approve the shop's quote before any work. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
Stay on the road
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Small things that help
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Before the shop starts
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
