We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A rental while you wait
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. We collect the rental when your car is back. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
Car care, briefly
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
