A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
From request to repair
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
A rental while you wait
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Car care, briefly
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Getting a clear quote
Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
