A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The Vinfast: Mechanic
For mechanical repairs or maintenance on your Vinfast, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Routine maintenance and repairs are done by a mechanic at a shop we trust, not by CarmaCars.
Your car, your notes
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
How the arrangement works
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Between shop visits
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
One more step
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
