A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
From request to repair
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
A rental while you wait
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Good habits for your car
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Talking to the shop
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
