Minivan rental: the 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv

For a van or a seven-seat car, here is what the 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv brings, and how to request one. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Caesar and the A4

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 2,359 km from Caesar, and does not deliver there. If you need it in Caesar itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

The numbers in plain words

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, driving through a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

It is rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 25 litres. Driving 300 km costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

How big it is

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. With 340 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Can you rent one?

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

The steps

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What you need to rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
