An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
