Minivan rental and the 2020 Subaru Outback Convenience

For a van or a seven-seat car, here is what the 2020 Subaru Outback Convenience brings, and how to request one. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

A note on Yameri

We have no location in Yameri; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 3,364 km away. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Yameri.

Reading the spec sheet

Its 2.5L 4-cylinder drives through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Fuel use is rated 8.2 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 25 litres. Every 100 km costs about $12.71 in fuel at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. Families, skiers and anyone with bulky luggage.

What the Outback is like

It offers the space of an SUV with the height that makes loading easy.

Renting the Outback from CarmaCars

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

How it works

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Who qualifies

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Make a request

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
