Your BMW: the work

Odour removal for your BMW? Start with a request; a person replies with a price and a time. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps.

The car itself

If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request.

The request

If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.

A car while yours is in

Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

After the work

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

What affects the price

A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

Before you drop the car off

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

How long you are without it

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
