Your E. P. Dutton: the work
Odour removal for the E. P. Dutton: send a request and a person replies with a price and a time. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a quote
You can add a rental to the same request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A rental while we work
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What affects the price
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Getting the car ready
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
How long it takes
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
After the work
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
One more step
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
