Booking the work for the Cooper
Odour removal for your 2020 MINI Cooper? Start with a request; a person replies with a price and a time. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows.
What your car means for the work
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Your request
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. You can add a rental to the same request.
A rental while we work
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
How long you are without it
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
How the price is set
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
A few things first
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Next step
Questions first? Put them in the request.
