The Dodge D50: Oil change
For an oil change on your Dodge D50, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. The right oil grade for your engine is in the owner's manual.
About your D50
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. If you have the service history of your D50, have it ready for the shop.
How the request works
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Small things that help
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
One more step
Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request oil change
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
