The Genesis: Oil change
Your Genesis needs an oil change? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. The right oil grade for your engine is in the owner's manual.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
What we arrange
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Keep moving meanwhile
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Between shop visits
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Look at the tire tread before long trips. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
What to ask
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Send a request
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request oil change
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
