Oil change for the Mazda

Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
From request to repair
You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Keep moving meanwhile
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Car care, briefly
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
