A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The Qvale: Oil change
Oil change for your Qvale: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. The right oil grade for your engine is in the owner's manual.
Details the shop needs
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
What to send us
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Talking to the shop
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Car care, briefly
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
When you know your dates
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
Request oil change
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
