Oil change: how we help
Your Vinfast needs an oil change? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. Engine oil and its filter are changed on the schedule in your owner's manual, by distance or by time.
Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
Who does what
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
A car while yours is in the shop
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Small things that help
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Ready to ask?
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
