Your 524td, up close
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
What to send us
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Ask anything about the work in the request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Driving while yours is in
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
How the price is set
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Planning around the work
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
Before you drop the car off
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Keeping it that way
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
