Booking the work for the XM
Your BMW XM needs paint correction? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
How to request it
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A car while yours is in
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
What affects the price
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
How long you are without it
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
Keeping it that way
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
One more step
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
