The 1982 Buick Skylark for paint correction
- Body: compact cars (EPA size class).
Booking the work for the Skylark
Book paint correction for the 1982 Buick Skylark, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Skylark, up close
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Your request
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Why prices differ
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Looking after it afterwards
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
What to bring
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Timing
We keep you posted if the timing changes. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
