Paint correction: your ST.REGIS
Here is how we handle paint correction for the Dodge ST.REGIS: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Getting a price
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Keeping it that way
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
What goes into a quote
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
On the day
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How long it takes
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
