Your Stratus and paint correction
This page covers paint correction for the 1998 Dodge Stratus, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your Stratus
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
What happens after you ask
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. You can add a rental to the same request. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Keep driving meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the work. We collect the rental when your car is ready. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Getting the car ready
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
How long you are without it
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
What affects the price
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
After the work
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
