Booking the work for the 458
This page covers paint correction for the 2016 Ferrari 458, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
What your car means for the work
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Booking the work
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
What affects the price
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
A few things first
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
