What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
What happens after you ask
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A rental while we work
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
How long you are without it
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
What goes into a quote
We price the job before we start, never after. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
Looking after it afterwards
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
Ready when you are
Send a request with the car and the work, and we reply with a price and a time.
