Booking the work for the 500e
For the 2016 Fiat 500e, paint correction starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your 500e
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. An electric car needs care around its charging port and sensors. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What happens after you ask
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Keep driving meanwhile
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Keeping it that way
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Why prices differ
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
How long you are without it
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
