Paint correction for the 1981 Ford B7000
Searching for paint correction for the 1981 Ford B7000? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your B7000, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Getting a quote
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Driving while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Looking after it afterwards
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Planning around the work
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
How the price is set
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
