The 1981 Ford CF7000: Paint correction
Your 1981 Ford CF7000 needs paint correction? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Your request
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Keep driving meanwhile
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
How the price is set
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
When the car is ready
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Looking after it afterwards
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
A few things first
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
