Booking the work for the Flex
For your 2010 Ford Flex, paint correction starts with a short request. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
As an SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
How to request it
You can add a rental to the same request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Need a car meanwhile?
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
What to bring
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Looking after it afterwards
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
How long it takes
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
What goes into a quote
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We price the job before we start, never after. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
