About your LT9522
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Your request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A car while yours is in
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Keeping it that way
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
A few things first
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
How long it takes
A clear timeline comes with every quote. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
