Paint correction for the 2014 GMC Canyon
For the 2014 GMC Canyon, paint correction starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a pickup truck, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
From request to appointment
You can add a rental to the same request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Need a car meanwhile?
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Getting the car ready
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
What goes into a quote
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Timing
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
One more step
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
