Your Jimmy and paint correction
Paint correction for the 2001 GMC Jimmy: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
What to send us
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A car while yours is in
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How long it takes
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
Send a request
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
Request paint correction
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
