Paint correction: your Rally
Paint correction for the 1995 GMC Rally: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your Rally
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a van, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time.
Booking the work
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A rental while we work
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Planning around the work
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
What affects the price
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Looking after it afterwards
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
