The 1987 GMC WCM: Paint correction
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1987 GMC WCM, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Your request
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A rental while we work
We collect the rental when your car is ready. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
How long it takes
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
A few things first
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Keeping it that way
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
How the price is set
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We price the job before we start, never after. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
