Paint correction for the 1985 GMC WHEB
This page covers paint correction for the 1985 GMC WHEB, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
From request to appointment
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Stay on the road
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
When the car is ready
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Aftercare
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Why prices differ
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
