The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
How to request it
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Driving while yours is in
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
How long you are without it
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
What affects the price
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Aftercare
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
