Your 2020 Kia Optima: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 2020 Kia Optima, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a large sedan, it is a straightforward size for this work. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
Booking the work
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Pricing, plainly
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
What to bring
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Planning around the work
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Still deciding?
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Request paint correction
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
