Booking the work for the Sorento
Your 2012 Kia Sorento and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As an SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
Getting a price
You can add a rental to the same request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Need a car meanwhile?
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
What affects the price
We price the job before we start, never after. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
How long it takes
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
Ask us
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
