Your IS and paint correction
Here is how we handle paint correction for the 2020 Lexus IS: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Your request
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Stay on the road
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Why prices differ
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
When the car is ready
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
A few things first
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
One more step
