Your 1999 Lexus RX: the work
Your 1999 Lexus RX needs paint correction? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your RX
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request.
What happens after you ask
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
A rental means the work does not stop your week. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
What to bring
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
After the work
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
How long you are without it
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Why prices differ
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
