Paint correction for the 2004 Mercury Sable
Paint correction for the 2004 Mercury Sable: send a request and a person replies with a price and a time. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Sable, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Booking the work
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Keep driving meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Why prices differ
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Timing
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
Next step
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
