Your Pontiac Tempest: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the Pontiac Tempest, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking a time
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Stay on the road
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How long it takes
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
What affects the price
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

A short request is all it takes to get a price for your car.
