Your 2016 Porsche Cayenne: the work
This page covers paint correction for the 2016 Porsche Cayenne, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your Cayenne
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
From request to appointment
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Driving while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
A few things first
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Planning around the work
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
Why prices differ
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
