The work on your Aura
For paint correction on the 2007 Saturn Aura, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
What your car means for the work
As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
What happens after you ask
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Stay on the road
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Timing
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
What goes into a quote
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
