Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your SC1
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1997 Saturn SC1, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Booking a time
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Need a car meanwhile?
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Aftercare
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Planning around the work
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
How the price is set
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Next step
Book the work with a short request, and add a rental if you need one.
