Paint correction: your SL2
This page covers paint correction for the 1992 Saturn SL2, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
How to request it
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Keeping it that way
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
A few things first
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Why prices differ
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
Planning around the work
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
